FRIGOMAX, as a manufacturer and supplier of refrigeration equipment, is also engaged in maintenance and servicing as well. Well-trained and technically equipped service staff, with constant supervision by our engineers, is ready to respond to any request, whether it is regular maintenance of equipment or emergency servicing.

Our teams are on the field 24/7, 365 days a year and are available to customers of our equipment non stop and regardless of the holidays, so that the response time in relation to the moment of reporting the fault is reduced to a minimum.

The basic idea or intention in our approach to servicing is to make this valuable resource available, above all, to all users of our refrigeration equipment and thus provide them with adequate security for the investment they have made.

Cooperation is realized according to the model that is most acceptable for the user, in terms of regular annual maintenance operations during the warranty and/or after the warranty period, but also emergency service of refrigerated cabinets, cooling aggregates, refrigeration chambers and other segments, due to sudden failures or elimination possible factory defects.
